“Urban Carbine and Team Tactics” is an intensive course specifically tailored for intermediate and advanced practitioners seeking comprehensive training in urban combat scenarios. Designed to equip students with the necessary skills and strategies for engagements in densely populated environments, this course focuses on the effective utilization of carbines and emphasizes the importance of teamwork and coordination. Students will develop advanced combat pistol and carbine techniques, learn urban movement and cover strategies, practice threshold evaluation procedures, and engage in realistic urban combat simulations. By the end of this course, participants will have gained the expertise required to confidently navigate and engage in dynamic urban settings, ensuring their readiness for challenging real-world scenarios
Your Instructor:
With over 16 years of operational experience, Bernardo is a subject matter expert in the field of Counter Terrorism (CT) and security best practices. His expertise covers high-risk police tactics, special operations (SOF), dignitary protection (CP) and close quarters battle (CQB).
Bernardo recently retired from active duty in a Special Operations unit of the Border Patrol, focusing on direct action and low visibility operations. He has served as a Federal Air Marshall, Personal Bodyguard to the Chief of Staff (IDF), Combat instructor and Counter Assault Team member to the Israeli Dignitary Protection Unit.
Qualifications:
IMPORTANT: This is NOT a beginner level course. Students must have graduated from a handgun and rifle fundamentals course with TACTICAL FITNESS AUSTIN or be independently approved by the instructor. There will be no refunds for students who disregard these requirements.
