The Field Trauma care and rescue course is a two part course coving basic field care techniques whether gun shot wounds, natural disasters, or accidents. The course curriculum is based on the most current Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) syllabus.
Topics covered Basic (First four hours):
Application of tourniquets
Application of bandages (i.e. FirstCare)
Reality based trauma care simulation drills
Topics covered Advanced (Second four hours):
Advanced rescue techniques
Participation in basic course is required for attendance to advanced course.
About the Instructor:
Jon Wayne Taylor is a current police officer and US Army combat veteran with multiple deployments. Jon has spent decades as an EMT and Combat Medic, serving in the U.S., Central America, the Caribbean, and Southwest Asia. He has treated hundreds of traumatic injuries, and as a certified Combat Advisor and Military Medical Advisor, has taught Tactical Combat Casualty Care to military and police forces around the world. Taylor continues this work as a volunteer through the Team 5 Medical Foundation, and continues to teach TCCC to U.S. law enforcement units.
Course Participants will receive a certificate of completion.

Cancellation policy: All courses are non-refundable. If you cannot make it to the course for whatever reason you may reschedule to an upcoming course of equal or lessor value up to one week before the course you registered for. Courses are not transferable to other people.
