Registration for courses organized by Really Epic Tactical Training and Fitness, LLC (Tactical Fitness Austin) are subject to your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. The word “course’ includes our training courses/classes, including the private training, seminars or conferences in which we undertake training.
Tactical Fitness Austin reserves the right to evaluate a case on an individual basis and make any appropriate adjustments to these policies if necessary.
Booking Terms: Seating is limited in all courses. Registrations are processed using a standard application form, on a first-come, first-serve basis. The course will close as soon as the maximum number of attendees is confirmed. All applicants are asked to submit supporting documents via online form and/or emailing [email protected]. A course will proceed provided a minimum number of students are confirmed for the course. If Really Epic Tactical Training and Fitness, LLC cancels or reschedules courses you have the option of either (a) receive a 100% refund of the price paid to Really Epic Tactical Training and Fitness, LLC for the course registration or (b) reschedule to a future course (up to one year) of your choosing. No compensation will be offered for incurred costs as a result of the rescheduling. You must provide Tactical Fitness with notice of which option you choose within 30 days of the date Really Epic Tactical Training and Fitness, LLC notifies you the course has been cancelled or rescheduled. If you fail to notify Really Epic Tactical Training and Fitness, LLC within the time period Really Epic Tactical Training and Fitness, LLC will not provide a refund.
Course confirmation: Course registrations are reviewed by Really Epic Tactical Training and Fitness, LLC We reserve the right to cancel your registration at any time for any reason and provide a refund.
Payment: During the registration process, you will be asked to enter your payment information or voucher code in order to pay for the course. This payment is required to hold your place in the course due to class limits and the management of student / instructor ratios. Cost covers the course only (unless otherwise indicated). Students are responsible for costs associated with travel, lodging, meals, firearms (unless a loaner is requested), ammunition, and personal gear.
Refund/Reschedule Policy:
Certification: A certificate is awarded to all those that pass the required standard in the exam at the conclusion of some courses, if the required marks are not achieved the certificate will not be awarded.
Copyright: You accept the copyright of the course materials and the rights of Really Epic Tactical Training and Fitness, LLC to protect its own and associated copyright materials. Reproduction or distribution of copyrighted materials is not permitted.
Liability: Whilst providing training courses in good faith, Really Epic Tactical Training and Fitness, LLC accepts no liability for any loss arising from any advice given however caused.
